The BC Housing Management Commission has issued Negotiable Request for Proposals 1070-2627-1045 for construction management services for the Stratford Gardens Redevelopment Phase 1 located at 6005 Pandora Street, Burnaby, British Columbia. The project involves the construction of a six-storey wood frame building of approximately 96,000 square feet, featuring 126 one-bedroom rental units, a caretaker suite, and various community amenity spaces. Contractors must comply with E-Verify for employment eligibility, maintain required insurance and bonding, ensure subcontractor compliance through flow-down clauses, and adhere to local ordinances including Hillsborough County Code Chapter 46. Payments will be processed electronically via ACH through the County’s Finance Department upon approval by the Project Manager, with invoicing submitted directly to that office.
