The system is architected to ingest, authenticate, and preserve documents of the US Government. One of the major parts of this system are our Oracle Databases which store our relevant data on each document. Extended support for Oracle Database is an extension of premiere support for versions that are past five years old. Extended support on our version of Oracle Database in needed in order to download the necessary quarterly patches. This acquisition is for the purchase of Extended Support on our Oracle DB's to last until the end of FY19. 2. SCOPE: Extended support allows for you to manage your database upgrade strategy by providing additional maintenance and upgrades for Oracle Database for an additional fee after the premiere support period has elapsed. The services expected in extended support are: 3. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS: An estimate for planning purposes was provided.
