This action is to establish a contract for the acquisition of the F-16 Aircraft Ejection Seat, also known as the Ejection Seat Shell.


The Government intends to award a single definitive contract for the acquisition of the F-16 Aircraft Ejection Seat. This sole source effort will be awarded IAW RFO 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Collins Aerospace (CAGE 13499). The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data for the manufacturing of this item.
