NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Chosh Adin Consulting LLC for the emergency services of clean up, decontamination, removal, transfer, of records and supplies for the BIA, Navajo Region, Branch of Facility Management, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561710.
