PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Helicopter Aerial Herbicide Application- Interior Least Tern Island Habitat Maintenance Arkansas River and Kerr-McClellan Navigation System, OK Solicitation No: W912BV-12-T-0048 Title: Helicopter Aerial Herbicide Application- Interior Least Tern Island Habitat Maintenance The Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for aerial application via helicopter of herbicides at various locations on project lands within the Arkansas River and Kerr-McClellan Navigation System in Oklahoma. The herbicide to be utilized will be provided by the Government. Per the herbicide manufacturer's specifications, aerial application can be made only via helicopter. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be issued on or about 5 March 2012 and will not be available in paper format or on compact disc. Interested offerors may view and/or download the RFQ and all Amendments ONLY from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at the following internet address: www.fbo.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FBO website (using the above link) for changes, announcements, or Amendments to the RFQ. The current anticipated quote due date is 5 April 2012.
