The Coronado National Forest, Tucson, Arizona, will soon be soliciting for the following project: Lizard Rock Group Site at Rose Canyon Campground. Reconstruct group site. Work includes demolition, excavation and grading, vault restroom, retainig walls, concrete pads/steps, stablized aggregate surfacing, group ramada, restroom remodeling, water lines and hydrants, picnic tables, grills, fire ring, trash bins, food storage lockers and signs. Funding may also be available for roadwork. The proposed project is located on the Santa Catalina Ranger District. Contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, material, transportation, and supervision necessary. Contract time is 6 months. Price range is between $500,001 to $100,000. The contract shall be performance base construction contract with a firm fixed price. Award will be based on best value to Government upon evaluation of price and past performance.
