F--NLEOM TREE PLEACHING The purpose of this Amendment is to add the Site Visit Information to the Solicitation

The National Park Service, under the Department of the Interior, is seeking a contractor to provide specialized tree pleaching and pruning services at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, DC. The primary objective is to maintain the landscaping design and ensure trees remain healthy, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 561730. The contract is structured as a firm-fixed-price agreement with a base performance period from April 6, 2026, to April 5, 2027, and includes four optional extension years, allowing for a total potential duration of five years and six months. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform tree shaping in accordance with ANSI A300 and ANSI Z-133 standards. A critical requirement is that an ISA Certified Arborist must be present on-site at all times to oversee the work.
