All laboratory analyses shall be perfor med with turnaround times of either 30 hours or five days, as specified by the Government. The significant evaluation factors include technical expertise, past performance, experience and geographic approximity. The contract will be for a period of one y ear with an option to renew for four additional one year periods. Contract value not to exceed $750,000.00 per contract year with a guaranteed minimum of $15,000.00 during the base year and $7,500.00 for each option year.
