F--Sources Sought - Request for Information for Environmental Remediation to include projects associated with the Military Munitions Response Program of various sites at the Pueblo Chemical Depot, Pueblo Colorado.

The Omaha District, US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking qualified members of the Small Businesses Community (Small Businesses) (SB), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned SB (SDVOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HubZone) and Section 8(a) participants) and/or small business-led teams, and small business joint ventures, and Other than Small Business (OTSB) concerns that qualify under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 562910 Environmental Remediation Services and Military Munitions Response Program. A potential Service Provider will be required to demonstrate ability and capability in furnishing a range of services for the support of the Environmental investigation and remediation of various sites at the Pueblo Chemical Depot, Pueblo Colorado. Some of the sites may include the Military Munitions Response Program. Demonstration of ability and capability in furnishing a range of services for the remediation of contaminated environment to an acceptable condition including, but not limited to a RCRA Facility Assessment, testing, Remedial Facility Investigation, Corrective Measure Studies, remedial design, remedial action, or removal of contaminated materials, storage of contaminated materials and site closeouts, and long term operations of groundwater containment systems will be required. Some of the sites are associated with the Military Munitions Response Program. This is a Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) requirement. Businesses located in the vicinity of a military installation that is being closed or realigned under a base closure law, including 10 U.S.C. 2687, and small and small disadvantaged businesses shall be provided maximum practicable opportunity to participate in acquisitions that support the closure or realignment, including acquisitions for environmental restoration and mitigation. This will be in accordance with DFARS 226.71. **Businesses will have offices located in Pueblo County, Colorado or in a county that is directly adjacent to Pueblo County.** This announcement is the narrative to a market research, and your responses are sought to identify members of the Small Business Community and Other Than Small Business concerns that have the knowledge, skills, and capability to provide the consolidated requirements.
