Other types of Regulated Medical Waste are not included. Place of Performance: Northport VA Medical Center 79 Middleville Rd. Northport, NY 11768 - The NAICS code for this requirement is 562112- Hazardous Waste Collection with a size standard of $41.5 Million Intended Source: - Stericycle, Inc. 2333 Waukegan RD STE 300 Bannockburn, IL 60015-1575 UEI: TLHHRHGCUF36 THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by October 3, 2022 at 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). - The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered.
