AI Contract Overview
Royal Valley USD 337 is seeking a single organization to provide Category 2 Managed Internal Broadband Services for existing equipment, specifically covering managed firewall, switch, and wireless services. The primary contract term runs from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, though the district will consider multi-year agreements and requests quotes for one, two, and three-year terms. Bidders must submit responses via email to the primary contact and provide detailed pricing that separates eligible and ineligible items, including taxes, fees, and any initial installation costs. Preference will be given to local or in-state vendors and those capable of invoicing through USAC via SPI. To avoid disqualification, vendors must adhere to SLD guidelines on Lowest Comparable Price, avoid submitting generic marketing materials, and schedule a mandatory walk-through with district IT personnel if they are a new provider.
