Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement, on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans for Harbour Entrance Improvement at Fox Island River, Newfoundland and Labrador. The work covered under this contract consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material required for the Harbour Entrance Improvements at Fox Island River, Newfoundland and Labrador.
