A contract will be awarded to the offer with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price received through SAP Ariba. DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. Le contrat sera d’une durée de trois ans à compter de son attribution et comprendra des options permettant l’achat de dessalinisateurs supplémentaires pendant cette période. Un contrat sera attribué à l’offrant ayant obtenu la cote combinée la plus élevée relativement au mérite technique et au prix, dans le cadre du processus mené par l’entremise de SAP Ariba.
