Facilitation services for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is being sought to increase the knowledge and capability of project management within EPMO to be able to offer project management as a service to clients
ESDC is intention is to get professional services for one facilitation consultant who will hold facilitated sessions with employees of ESDC to identify, understand, and create upskilling sessions in project management.
The consultant will be involved in identifying current knowledge and skill gaps in project management of employees within EPMO. Employees within EPMO will be engaged to understand the gaps they currently possess within project management and supporting employees as they increase their knowledge and capabilities in the enablement of operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and successful project management execution within the enterprise ESDC.
This procurement is conditionally set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). In accordance with the requirements for conditionally set aside procurements of the PSIB, if there are two (2) or more responsive bids with a valid Indigenous Business Certification, only those responsive bids will be eligible to be awarded a contract; otherwise, all responsive bids will be eligible. For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, see Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual.
