FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

The U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management (A/LM/AQM), on behalf of The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) has a requirement to provide facility management and maintenance for the ILEA Roswell facility in Roswell, NM. Services under this contract include, but are not limited to the following: Care and upkeep of the ILEA Roswell facility to include all corrective and preventive maintenance, fleet management to include several vehicles and buses; lodging, catering services; and transportation to and from the Albuquerque, Roswell and Hobbs new Mexico airports. The solicitation is being released as a request for quotes (RFQ) under solicitation number SAQMMA16Q0297 This requirement will be 8(a) Business set aside. The Government contemplates award of a single-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a base year plus four additional one-year options. The Government seeks a contractor that can provide logistical support to other U. S. Government personnel and contractors engaged in supporting the program as required including administrative and logistical support for the successful training of the delegates in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW will include some of the requirements that may be required under this IDIQ. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. It is anticipated that the solicitation due date will be 7 days after release of the solicitation on or about August 15, 2016. It is requested that all questions be received ten (10) days after release of the solicitation to allow the State Department adequate time to prepare and post responses to all offerors' questions at the website provided above prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals. The State Department will continue to accept questions up to the closing time of the solicitation; however, time may not permit responses to questions received more than fifteen days after the release of the solicitation.
