Questions and Answers: 1. What is the total number of personnel desired to fulfill the SOW (Page 2 of the SOW, I. GENERAL)? Under this contract, FDA expects to fill 2 full-time, on-site positions as listed in the SOW: The FMS Administrator/Data Manager and the Customer Service Specialist/CAD Technician (pp. 3-6 sections II and III). 2. What FMS-related training is required by the FDA (Page 3 of the SOW, I. GENERAL, Section f)? This is intended to ensure that the contractor, an Archibus business partner in good standing with Archibus, is up to date on knowledge and ability related to any updates to software or new releases associated with the Archibus Facility Management System software, at the contractor's expense. 3. How many hours do you estimate each job position to work per year? See attachment B for the estimate per year. 4. How many requests for change are expected in each module in a year (Page 3 of the SOW, I. GENERAL)? FDA does not have a set expectation, ad hoc changes are a possibility and the contractor needs to be flexible and knowledgeable and able to handle any changes that are needed as the need occurs.
