The Department of National Defence (DND) has issued a procurement notice for Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under Supply Arrangement EN578-170432, targeting Tier 1 holders within the National Capital Region. The contract seeks to engage one service provider to deliver expertise in senior business consulting, business process re-engineering, strategic IT security planning and protection, and intermediate IT security TRA and C&A analysis. This requirement supports the Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) Program, currently operated by SkyAlyne, by providing specialized professional services to aid in the implementation of the new pilot training system across Moose Jaw, Southport, and Winnipeg.
