The U.S. Embassy Zagreb hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Chancery Boilers Preventative Maintenance Services.
The solicitation may result in the award of firm fixed price contract.
Companies interested in the solicitation shall review the Solicitation document and Statement of work attached and send a quote via email to the addresses ZagrebBids@state.gov and MazorT@state.gov, not later than August 10th, 2026 using the solicitation name “Chancery Boiler Maintenance, U.S. Embassy Zagreb, Croatia, 19HR9026Q0013” in the subject line.
