Services must be performed at the embassy’s location in Zagreb, Croatia, during standard business hours, and include scheduled inspections, component replacements, and hazardous waste disposal in full compliance with manufacturer guidelines and applicable U.S. and local regulations. All work is to be performed by certified technicians, with no repair services included under this solicitation.
