All Bids will be virtually released at 2:00 p.m. on that date and available to view on the website. Released bid information does not constitute any award has been made. Project description: This project includes demolition of existing parklet (asphalt recreational areas), and installation of a new fenced-in pickleball court facility, community garden space, and a new parking lot. A "Mandatory PREBID SESSION” for the purpose of answering or obtaining answers to questions of parties interested in performing the work, relative to construction details, will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on 7/29/2026 at the Public Safety Building, 3rd Floor Conference Room. 20 Bedford Street. A Proposal Guaranty (Bond or Certified Check) in the amount of at least 5% of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, for all construction contracts in excess of $100,000, at the time the contract is executed.
