Amendment 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to delete the original Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS) in their entirety, replacing them with the revised Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and PWS.
- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: Updated to include current provisions, clauses, and alignment with R-DFARS and DAF Contracting Compass.
- Performance Work Statement (PWS): Restructured to provide a clearer framework, government functions, changes, and measurable performance standards for facility requirements.
Additionally, this amendment introduces and incorporates the official Terms and Conditions document for this requirement, Attachment 2 - Terms and Condition as well as adds Attachment 3 - Price List. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged
Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Date Offers Due, from 10 August 2026 to 14 August 2026. Additionally this amendment corrects the NAICS code used in the initial SAM post.
