Fan / Light Bathroom Wiring

The Chelsea Housing Authority is soliciting sealed bids for corrective bathroom fan and light wiring services for approximately 200 units located at the Mace (16-2 Clinton Court) and Scrivano (16-1 Webster Court) properties in Chelsea, Massachusetts. The project, estimated at 100,000.00 USD, requires the contractor to rewire for fully independent fan and light operation, install new single-gang deep device boxes with surface metal raceways and 12 AWG CU conductors, and manage the removal and reinstallation of vanity light fixtures. While the contractor is responsible for neat and minimal cutting, all patching and painting will be performed by others. All work must adhere to Spec Section 26 27 26 and design documents prepared by AJA Architects + Design Build.
