The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) for the District of Columbia plans to issue a Request for Quotations for Fatherhood and Workforce Development Services aimed at justice-involved individuals under its supervision. The contract will require a contractor to deliver evidence-based fatherhood education through four annual 12-week cohorts, each serving up to 20 participants, totaling 80 participants per year. The curriculum will cover parenting skills, co-parenting, healthy relationships, child development, communication, stress management, and financial literacy. Additionally, the contractor must provide comprehensive workforce development and employment services, including individualized career planning, training enrollment, job readiness workshops, résumé and interview preparation, employer outreach, and job placement aligned with participant goals.
