Fauquier County FY27 Updating Current CSA Renewals Agreements & NEW CSA Vendor Opportunities - 5th Submission Opportunity

Fauquier County is inviting existing approved CSA vendors to update and resubmit their information for the FY27 renewal cycle through the Bonfire platform by the deadline of September 30, 2026. All current vendors must complete the required renewal documents and ensure their submissions are fully processed via Bonfire to remain eligible for continued service. For organizations interested in becoming new CSA vendors, the opportunity remains open until June 30, 2027, during which time applicants must complete the New CSA Vendor Application, Information, and Agreement through the same Bonfire portal. Any questions regarding either the renewal or new vendor application process must be submitted exclusively through the Bonfire application system. This is the fifth submission opportunity for this cycle, and all activities are managed under the solicitation number CSA - FY27 - Renewals & New CSA Applications - 5th Submission Opportunity.
