Any responding vendors must be able to offer a Fax over IP (FoIP) software solution meeting the following requirements: - Fully supported by Intercope the MessagePlus/Open fax software vendor. - Compatible with Intercope MessagePlus/Open version 1.0.1.9 fax software. - Compatible with VMware virtual servers running Microsoft Windows 2012 Operating System. - Compatible with Audio Codes Mediant 3000 VOIP gateway utilizing T.38 version 3. - Inbound and outbound faxing capability on FoIP. - Capability to handle concurrent fax volume of 115 fax channels on a single virtual fax server. - Capability to handle 115 concurrent fax transmissions on one IP/toll free number on a virtual fax server. - Capability to configure multiple (as many as 25) toll free numbers on one IP on a single virtual fax server with each toll-free utilizing any available fax channel. - Capability for configuring dedicated number of inbound or outbound channels. - Capacity to receive up to 15,000 faxes per day on one IP address/toll free number. - Baud Rate/Fax speed - Up to V.34bis (33.6 KBPS) Super Group 3 on FoIP. - Image Format - MH, MR (ITUT.4), MMR (ITUT.6). - Supports page resolutions - 100x100, 200x200, 300x300, 400x400 - Supports Error Correction Mode (ECM) for error correction on FoIP (so if part of the data is corrupted or missing, the receiving side will request that it is re-transmitted). - Supports line error detection/correction. - Supports the T.38 protocol. - Supports SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) (RFC 3261) signaling and control with IPv4 and IPv6 compatibility. - Supports Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS) called number reporting - VERY IMPORTANT - on single virtual consolidated servers with multiple toll-free numbers supporting multiple sites so that faxes can be routed by the incoming toll-free number. - Support Automatic Number Identification (ANI) number reporting. - Support Called Subscriber Identification (CSID) number reporting. - Support Remote Network Called Subscriber Identification (CSID) number reporting. - Support inbound and outbound Baud Rate reporting. - Support Transmission error reporting. - Support V.8 fast handshaking. - Provide 24 hour/7 Days Technical Support availability via phone. - Provide on-site support if needed. - Provide diagnostic software for troubleshooting and testing. - Provide configuration software for configuration management. - Provide software upgrades and patches for new software releases. - Provide support/upgrades for compatibility with new Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems.
