The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton, West Virginia intends to issue a solicitation for the requirements of: SNOW PLOWING EQUIPMENT as prescribed in FAR subpart 12.6 under NAICS Code 333120. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery date is estimated to be on or before September 30, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex Warehouse, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single, multiple awards or no awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. Evaluation factors as prescribed by 52.212-2 will be applied for determination of winning bid. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 18, 2026, and will be posted to the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website: https://sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is August 26, 2026, at 2:00 pm. EST. A signed SF 1449, including vendor information, must be submitted to be considered a viable quote. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card depending on dollar amount of individually awarded orders. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
