The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correction Institution, Fairton, New Jersey, intends to issue solicitation RFQP02041100008 for the requirement of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE-FROZEN, MEATS. AND DRY GOODS. This is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 424470 which contains a size standard of number of employees not to exceed 100 employees. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery being between January 03 thru January 21 , 2011. Any items shipped prior or after will be returned at vendors expense. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution , 655 Fairton-Millville Road, Fairton , New Jersy 08320, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be a firm and fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past Performance and price will be considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 17, 2010 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website 1. www.fbo.gov. hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available.
