The following information is being provided in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 15.207-2, Award Notice. 


In response to the above-mentioned solicitation, 10 responses were received. The winning price quotes are listed under the winning bidder by line item as listed in the request for quote solicitation. This is only a notice of award and not a contract. 


All quotes received by the submission deadline of August 18, 2025 7:00 AM CST were considered. FCI Leavenworth awarded quoted items to vendors that had a high past performance record, in accordance with FAR 12.203(a)(2), regardless of the quotes with the lowest price as stated within the solicitation notice RFQ. Past performance information is considered from a wide variety of sources both inside and outside the Government.
