November 7, 2019 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51520Q00000002 for the requirement of 2nd Quarter Kosher items. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311991. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery beginning January 2, 2020. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as non-conformance under the contract terms. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 7, 2019 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website beta.SAM.gov. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. The anticipated date for receipt of quote is November 22, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. Each offeror (s) is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via www.sam.gov.
