Federal Contract Opportunity for Hotel meeting space rental

The Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a one-time, sole source basis to: Hyatt Regency located at 100 Heron Boulevard, Cambridge, MD 21613 for the purpose of providing one (1) conference room with 132-person capacity and three (3) break-out rooms with 30-person capacity to include audio visual and security requirements. It is important to gather Leadership from across the Agency to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of FNS's operational support functions. FNS intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
