The contract duration is three years, with options to extend for an additional two years, and all proposals must be submitted electronically via the NGEM system by March 5, 2024. Proposers are required to attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference scheduled for January 30, 2024, at Harry Reid International Airport, either in person or via Teams, to clarify RFQ details and submission procedures.
