RESPONSIBILITY OF INSPECTION. THECONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL INSPECTION, EXAMINATION, AND TEST REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIED HEREIN AND IN THESITED SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PERFORM ANY OF THE INSPECTIONS, EXAMINATIONS AND TESTSAS DEEMED NECESSARY TO ENSURE SUPPLIES AND SERVICES CONFORM TO PRESCRIBED REQUIREMENTS. . Please note, however, use of the CoC in lieu of submitting the certified test reports, is subject toapproval by the Contracting Officer identified on the solicitation, purchase order, and/or the contract.
. THE VENDOR SHALLNOTIFY THE DLA Product Test Center -Analytical FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS TO THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS IN ADVANCE OF WHEN LOTSARE TO BE PRESENTED FOR SAMPLING AT THE ADDRESS BELOW.
THE CONTRACTOR'S APPROVED QUALIFIED LABORATORY WILL BE REQUIRED TO FORWARD A COMPLETED TEST REPORT FOR EACH LOT OF COMPONENTS TO THE ADDRESS BELOW. THE SUPPLIER'S SOURCE SAMPLING REPRESENTATIVE WILL PROVIDETHE COMPLETED DD FORM 1222 dated March 2021 TO THE LABORATORY TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE COMPLETED TEST REPORT. TEST REPORTS SHALL NOT BE OLDER THAN NINETY (90) CALENDAR DAYS.
