FEMA Region 6 intends to issue a solicitation for the Upper-Level Watch Renovation project at the Federal Regional Center located at 800 N. Loop 288, Denton, Texas 76209.
The project will include renovation and construction support for upper-level operational spaces, including wall removal, secure conference room improvements, door and frame installation, utility relocation, HVAC and life safety coordination, cleanup, inspections, and related construction work.
This requirement is anticipated to be set aside for eligible SBA Certified Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) concerns under the Women-Owned Small Business Program.
Due to the mission-critical nature of this requirement and the need for timely response and completion of work, the Government requires the contractor to demonstrate the ability to perform within a 150-mile radius of Denton, Texas.
