The purpose of this solicitation is to request a quote for a new battery rechargeable that is compatible with a Unicarrier Stand-up Forklift, Model S1SL15NV, Serial # S1S1-9X0360, located at the Russell Newman Building Warehouse in Denton, Texas. The battery must be new, unused, and sourced directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor. Gray market, used, refurbished, or counterfeit items will not be accepted. Please review the attached Statement of Work for detailed requirements.


All questions must be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Destiny Dyson, at destiny.dyson@fema.dhs.gov no later than 4:30 PM Central Time on Friday, May 15, 2026. The Contracting Officer will not accept phone calls during the solicitation period, all inquiries must be submitted via email to destiny.dyson@fema.dhs.gov.
