The Regional Health Contracting Activity - Atlantic (Provisional), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source award using other than full and open competition procedures to Hologic Limited Partnership. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial supplies. Intererested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement for submit quote. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all quotes received after the date of publication of this will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The NAICS Code is 334516. All responses must be received by 29 August 2016, 11 AM, Eastern Standard Time, via email to Mr. Lonnie Robinson at contact@example.gov. There will be no response to telephone requests.
