TIGTA Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration 1040 Waverly Avenue MS900 Holtsville, NY 11742 The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) on behalf of Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition. This is in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a) (2)(ii) to Fiberlink Communications. This order is a renewal for continual dial-in service for remote users needing telephonic service to the internet for telecommuting and travel. The Period of Performance for this order is 6 months - 10/01/2008 to 03/31/2008, as the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) transitions to a new mandated Treasury service. For this reason no other source for services will satisfy agency requirements. Therefore, the Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Fiberlink Communication
