The City of Council Bluffs (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (Firm or Contractor) who provide software that oversees the FTO Program, Systems Management Program, and training for the Police Department.
The Council Bluffs Police Department (CBPD) is a mid-sized suburban law enforcement agency in Iowa that is part of the greater Omaha metropolitan area. The CBPD seeks to strengthen its ability to manage our field training program, update our training program, and build reports to easily and efficiently manage and access data gathered from RMS and reports. The objective of this RFP is to find a software solution to seamlessly allow the Police Department to access and manage data to help with more efficient use of current staffing, to help construct and maintain a digital training system, and to update and modernize our field training program to allow our FTOs to spend more time training and less time documentational calls.
