PURPOSE OF REQUEST The purpose of this Sources Sought is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of 8(a) source(s) only to perform a potential requirement. The description is a summary of the required services and is not intended to be all-inclusive. Responses received will be used for decision making purposes only and will not be disclosed outside this agency. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The Air Force Installation Contracting Agency, 338 Specialized Contracting Squadron is seeking information concerning the ability of vendors to provide the services outlined in Attachment 1. CAPABILITY STATEMENT / INFORMATION SOUGHT It is requested that vendors respond to this Sources Sought in sufficient detail regarding their capabilities, and capacity, to satisfy the requirements of Attachment 1. Interested parties' submissions shall be limited to 15 pages single-sided pages with no less than 12-point font. The following information is requested: 1. Company Information. a. Company Name. b. Address. c. Point of Contact. d. Telephone Number. e. E-mail address. 2. Primarily doing business in the Private/Commercial or Government Sector. 3. Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code. 4. Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number. 5. Confirmation of its Business Size (i.e. Small Business, Other than Small). 6. Confirmation of its Socio-Economic 8(a) status. 7. Approximate annual gross revenue. 8. Detailed information on capabilities to finance, mobilize, execute, and manage a contract based on the specific requirements listed in Attachment 1. 9. Description of no more than three (3) similar contracts performed. a. Contract title. b. Contract number. c. Contract period of performance. d. Contract type. e. Prime/prime in JV/subcontractor. f. Point of contact. g. Description. 10. NAICS code(s) the company usually performs under. 11. Company's desired role in the performance of the requirement (Prime/subcontractor/other [describe]). 11. (If applicable) Compliance with FAR 52.219-14 is mandatory. Please provide detailed information on the company's ability to mobilize, execute, and manage a contract based on the requirements listed in Attachment 1 while complying with FAR 52.219-14.
