The purpose of this Task Order is to obtain nonpersonal services to provide financial and acquisition support services for the Executive Programs Management Unit (EPMU) and other SEVP mission areas. The Contractor shall provide expertise in project and acquisition management for contract activities, advanced planning to support system and organizational change management, and responsive project management to meet the evolving requirements and objectives of EPMU and SEVP.
The Contractor will support the government to prepare specifications, work statements, research and track other vendor support services. Due to the nature of these support activities, the Contractor is prohibited from competing on any other system or service contracts at EPMU and SEVP, either as a prime contractor or subcontractor, at a minimum lasting through the duration of this contract and for a period of twelve (12) months after the expiration of the order. Restrictions on future activities are established in accordance with FAR 9.5. Organizational and Consultant Conflicts of Interest. Also, see Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR) 3052.209-73 located in Attachment 2 – Terms and Conditions.
