Financial & Acquisition Support Services

This contract task order is aimed at securing nonpersonal financial and acquisition support services for the Executive Programs Management Unit (EPMU) and other mission areas within the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP). The contractor will provide expertise in project and acquisition management, including preparing specifications, developing work statements, researching, and tracking vendor support services. The services will focus on advanced planning for system and organizational change management as well as responsive project management to address the evolving needs and objectives of EPMU and SEVP. The contract includes strict limitations to prevent conflicts of interest, prohibiting the contractor from competing on any related system or service contracts within EPMU and SEVP, either as a prime or subcontractor, for the duration of the contract plus a 12-month period afterward. These restrictions are in accordance with federal regulations governing organizational and consultant conflicts of interest. The contract is designated as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside, with performance expected in Vienna, Virginia, under the Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency.
