Financial Consultant Services

Hillsborough County is seeking competitive sealed bids for solicitation ITB-27-00020 to secure an experienced financial consultant for a five-year period. The selected contractor will provide ongoing and as-needed independent financial consulting and guidance to the Public Works Department to manage and fund rate structures for the Stormwater Management Assessment Program, the Residential Street Lighting Program, and the Transportation Assessment Program. Payment is processed within 30 days of invoice approval, with the Project Manager reviewing invoices within 15 days of receipt.
