The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to enter into a sole-source acquisition with the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) for membership beginning August 12, 2014. Established under Presidential Policy Directive 63, FS-ISAC serves as the primary non-profit information sharing mechanism for the financial services sector to prepare for and respond to physical and cyber threats. The membership provides critical infrastructure protection through user access for 50 individuals, 24x7 watch desk services, crisis notifications, threat conference calls, EML data feeds, and access to industry best practices and governance committees. The proposed contract structure consists of a base period and four twelve-month option periods. While the government is pursuing a sole-source negotiation because the OCC currently receives these services, it provided a window for other companies to demonstrate equivalent capabilities by July 15, 2014. This acquisition is categorized under NAICS code 519190 and is performed in Washington, DC. The process is managed by Contract Specialist Lee Thomas and Contracting Officer Regina M. Malone.
