This solicitation (MS-25-26.007), posted on July 21, 2025, seeks vendors to competitively offer discounted pricing inclusive of shipping and handling (F.O.B. Key contractual conditions include mandatory disclosure of subcontractors with strict prohibitions on substitutions without district consent, performance and payment bonds for subcontractors exceeding $125,000, and compliance with drug-free workplace mandates and equal opportunity employment laws. No federal entity identifiers like UEI or CAGE codes are required; however, state-level registrations and licenses, including a current Construction Industries Division (CID) license, are essential. Vendor proposals must include bid bonds and compliance certifications, with safety requirements aligning with OSHA standards. The solicitation process utilizes an electronic submission platform requiring vendors to upload documentation in specified formats. While pricing and specific product line details remain vendor-provided upon response, the award process aims to create a diverse vendor catalog to satisfy DISD’s evolving Fine Arts procurement needs over the multi-year contract period.
