Fire Alarm System Semiannual Inspection & Testing

This subcontract involves the semiannual inspection and testing of fire alarm systems at the Evansville Psychiatric Children's Center for the Indiana Department of Administration, Division of Public Works. The contractor is responsible for conducting two planned inspection cycles per fiscal year to verify the operational status of all devices using decibel meters and smoke detector testers. All work must be performed in accordance with state licensing requirements and NFPA standards. The contractor is required to provide certifications of completion and detailed operational status reports upon the conclusion of each inspection cycle.
