The 140th Wing, Buckley AFB intends to solicit and negotiate a Blanket Purchase Agreement. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, test equipment, supplies, materials, parts, and other incidentals necessary to provide Portable Fire Extinguisher Services for the 140th Wing located at Buckley AFB CO. Services involve approximately 600 Dry Chemical (ABC) and (D) type portable units. Services are to be provided in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 10 Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers, Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1910.155-157, Department of Transportation (DOT) Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 49, and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 423990 with a size standard of 100 employees.
