Full Description

CURRENTLY THERE ARE NO FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR THIS CONTRACT. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the replacement and repair of Fire Sprinklers in Bldg 500 on Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to furnish and install modification to the existing wet-pipe sprinkler system, a new dry pipe system for an exterior covered walkway, new piping and transfer switch for existing fire pump and riser zone controls, connection of new fire alarm monitoring devices and reprogramming of existing fire alarm panel., and new wall to enlarge fire pump room as indicated by the drawings and specifications. The Request For Proposal(RFP) will be available on or about 12 May 10. The RFP will close on or about 12 Jun 10. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued on or about 10 days after award. This acquisition is full and open competition. The RFP will only be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://ccr.gov .
