PURPOSE: The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a one-time contract with a Contractor to provide repairs to the indoor firearm shooting range backstop located at the Bemidji BCA lab, 3700 Norris Ct NW, Bemidji, MN 56601 (further defined in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work of the Sample Contract and Exhibits).
