This is a combined synopsis/quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation no. 70CDCR18Q0000016 is being issued request for quotation (RFQ) set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561210: Size Standard is $38.5 million average annual sales. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement requires a secure facility for agents and officers to conduct quarterly law enforcement firearms training, shooting qualifications, and practice requesting a quotation on the firing range for 40 officers for quarterly firearms qualifications for an anticipated 40 training days per year at 8 training officers per day maximum. Requirements for firearms training are as follows: 1) Meet Attachment A - Statement of Work (SOW); 2) Firearms training shall be within 30 miles from the 501 S. Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89101; 3) Firearms training for 40 officers for quarterly; 40 training days per year at 8 training officers per day maximum.
