Indigenous Services Canada (ISC), First Nations and Inuit Health Branch (FNIHB), Ontario Region requires the services of licensed and accredited laboratory(ies) to perform bacteriological analysis of drinking water supplies for First Nations in three (3) geographic locations: Thunder Bay East, Thunder Bay West, and Sioux Lookout. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to award three (3) Contracts for the services, one for each area cited above. The Contract period is from Date of Contract award to March 31, 2024, with the provision of up to four (4) additional one (1) year option periods, under the same terms.
