The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has a requirement to conduct annual audits of 10 institutions within the Ontario Region to assess compliance with on site dental sterilization. Objectives: To conduct yearly dental sterilization audits. Deliverables: The Contractor must perform dental sterilization audits on an annual basis. The Contractor must provide a written report noting compliance and deficiencies to the Chief of Health Care and the Regional Manager of Public Health within 30 days of the audit. The Contractor must immediately report to the Chief of Health Care and Regional Manager of Public Health any deficiencies or practises identified during the audit which are likely to harm a patient if changes are not immediately implemented. This may include recommending temporary disruption of services to inmates until the institution takes the necessary measures to correct the deficiencies or practices and achieve compliance.
