Fitness Equipment - Aldergrove, W.C. Blair and Walnut Grove Community Centres

The Corporation of the Township of Langley is seeking quotations for the supply, delivery, and installation of new, current production fitness equipment for the Aldergrove, W.C. Blair, and Walnut Grove Community Centres. The required equipment includes hyper extension benches, treadmills, seated leg curls, squat racks, stair mills, and chest presses, with preferred models from Atlantis, Freemotion, and Stairmaster. While preferred brands are listed, the Township will consider alternative makes or models provided the bidder demonstrates equal or superior quality, durability, safety, and commercial fitness-duty suitability. All electrical equipment must be CSA approved, and bidders must provide comprehensive operating and service manuals. Quotations must be submitted electronically via the Bids and Tenders portal by September 29, 2026, at 10:00 am local time. Submissions must use the Schedule A Quotation Form, be priced in firm Canadian funds, and include GST registration, references for three similar projects, and a return of goods policy with no restocking fees. The Township reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part to one or more bidders based on pricing and delivery lead times. Successful bidders will be paid via electronic funds transfer within 30 days following the later of the receipt of an invoice or the acceptance of goods. Quotations must remain irrevocable for 60 days after the closing date.
