The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia, intends to solicit on a sole source basis with Life Fitness Inc. to provide Physical Readiness Equipment to the Naval Medical Forces Development Command. The Navy intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Price task order. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with Life Fitness Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.


THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 339920. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 19 September 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
